Orders and acceptance

Submitting a request or adding an item to a cart does not by itself guarantee acceptance, availability, price, or a production date. An order is accepted when Hy Stitches confirms the project details, price, and any required payment arrangements.

Custom and personalized work

Custom projects depend on clear information about sizing, spelling, colors, materials, placement, and other requested details. Hy Stitches will ask for approval of the agreed design or project details before production begins. Please review that approval carefully and raise any corrections promptly.

Because a custom piece is made for a particular customer, cancellation, material changes, or refunds generally are not available once production has started. Hy Stitches will work reasonably with you if the finished piece is defective or does not match the approved details, and nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Deposits. A deposit is standard practice for custom and made-to-order work across the tailoring and embroidery industry — it covers material costs and secures your place in the production schedule before work begins. Simple embroidery work requires a minimum 20% deposit. Projects where Hy Stitches sources the materials, or that involve greater complexity, typically require a 50%–60% deposit. The remaining balance is due at completion, before shipment or pickup.

Timing and shipping

Production and delivery timelines are estimates rather than guarantees. Handmade and custom work may require additional time, and carrier delays can occur after a package leaves Hy Stitches. Shipping arrangements and any special deadline should be discussed before the order is accepted.

Customer-provided content

You are responsible for providing accurate order and delivery information and for having permission to use any names, artwork, logos, or other material you ask Hy Stitches to reproduce.
